On Monday, August 25, Atlanta News First published a report asserting that Lapri was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia, the following week, on Monday, August 18. Per the outlet, Lapri was charged with “third-degree cruelty to children and disorderly conduct.” Per Google Search, third-degree cruelty to children in the state of Georgia reportedly means that the individual was allegedly:
“acting as the ‘primary aggressor’ and either intentionally allowing a child under 18 to witness a violent crime (like a felony, battery, or family violence battery) or committing such a crime while knowing the child is present and can see or hear it.”
Furthermore, the offense does not mean a child was harmed by the individual. Additionally, per Google Search, disorderly conduct in the state of Georgia means an individual was allegedly:
“disrupting public order and safety, such as violent or tumultuous actions that endanger a person’s safety or property, using ‘fighting words; to incite violence, or using profane language with minors.”
Per Atlanta News First, the details of the incident that led to Lapri’s arrest remain unclear. However, it has been determined that the incident occurred on August 10. Lastly, the outlet reports that Lapri was released from custody the day after her arrest, on Tuesday, August 19.

The photo, however, showed off the actor’s chiseled abs and left most social media girlies commenting that he didn’t have to stop at the gym and could simply head over to their houses instead.
