The 14-year-old tragically passed away on September 20th after suffering from brain swelling following cardiac arrest. According to her mother, Paloma had tested positive for COVID and was being isolated in a remote mountain cabin without phone service. But after being hospitalized and placed in an induced coma, her condition suddenly worsened, and she ultimately died. At first, Carlos accepted the tragic explanation—but something wasn’t sitting right.
Funeral Whispers Turn Into A Revelation
It wasn’t until the family gathered for Paloma’s wake that the whispers started. Some relatives quietly noted that her breasts looked larger than expected. In a public show of support for the grieving family, President Sheinbaum also extended an offer of direct assistance, stating, “Send us the case and we will gladly reach out to the family and see how we can help.“
