#Roommates, its been almost two weeks since news broke that #PeteDavidson and #ArianaGrande called off their engagement. Though Ariana hasnt publicly addressed their unexpected breakup, Pete seems to be getting over it with what he does best, comedy.
You know the saying sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying? Well those are the vibes Im getting from Pete. In an impromptu stand-up routine in West Hollywood, some fans got an unexpected performance from Pete where he addressed his breakup for the first time.
Apparently, the 24-year-old #SNL cast member got on stage and got right to it! Reportedly saying: Well, as you could tell, I dont want to be here. Theres a lot going on. He then continued with: Does anybody have any open rooms? Looking for a roommate? He also addressed the multiple tattoos he got during his relationship with the songstress saying: So, obviously you know I, we [Ariana and I] broke up or whatever but when me and her first got engaged we got tattoos. Um, Ive been covering a bunch of tattoos, thats fun. Im fking 0 for 2 in the tattoo [department]. Yeah, Im afraid to get my mom tattooed on me, thats how bad it is.
Though theyre all jokes, clearly Pete is going through the pain with laughter. @Source confirms that hes also been staying with family and has a good support system around him during this tough time. If you didnt already know, the passing of Ariana Grandes late ex-boyfriend #MacMiller reportedly put a lot of strain on their relationship and ultimately cause Ariana to reevaluate her life and her feelings. It is also being reported that Ariana has since given Pete his $100K engagement ring back and he has moved out of the apartment they shared together.
If theres anything Ive learned, its that time heals all wounds roomies! Hopefully this is no different for Pete.
