Here’s What Phaedra Parks Said About Diddy

As mentioned, the paparazzi caught up with Phaedra as she was arriving for rehearsals for ‘Dancing With The Stars.’ Season 33 premiered this week, and ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star made her debut with partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy. After being questioned about Diddy’s arrest, she referenced her law degree and a phrase commonly used in U.S. law.

“Everyone is innocent under our laws until proven guilty… So I believe he’s innocent until proven guilty. I’m a lawyer!”

Phaedra Parks isn’t the only celebrity to question the legitimacy of the charges and allegations against Diddy. Actor and comedian Faizon Love recently stirred the pot on social media when he asked a question about whether being “nasty” is unlawful.

What To Know About Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Arrest

Officials are holding Diddy pre-trial at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. A judge remanded him to custody on Sept. 17, and another denied his bail appeal the following day. Even with a $50 million bond proposal, both judges cited concerns about Combs’ danger to witnesses and case evidence. His lawyer has already vowed to get the trial for sex trafficking and racketeering charges sped up.

Details in the 14-page indictment paint Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs as a man who allegedly abused, threatened, and coerced women and others throughout his career. Prosecutors allege that he engaged in a slew of crimes, from forced labor to interstate transportation for prostitution, kidnapping, arson, and bribery, to name a few. At his arraignment earlier this week, Sean pled not guilty to the charges.
