Rashida Catches Baby Lilo’s Sweet Smile
In the video shared to her Instagram, Rashida lounges on a cream couch wearing a black-and-white sports bra, her black hair parted in the middle, a brown furry blanket draped over her lap, and an arm tattoo visible as she cradles Lilo in her arms. Baby Lilo Brings Some Healing Between Rashida & Nikki
So, are MissNikkiiBaby and Rashida Nicole actually cool now? Fans might be asking after Nikki has been spotted in Rashida’s likes which seem to suggest some closure. For context, things between the two were messy earlier this year — back in February, Rashida went hard on Nikki, accusing her of “playing victim on the internet,” calling her family racist, and claiming that “half the time” Nikki didn’t have her children. Meanwhile, LiAngelo Ball found himself in the middle of the drama, and Rashida even showed off a tattoo honoring him as he posted selfies with her. Fast-forward a few months: luxury gifts, a pregnancy announcement, a surprise divorce filing from LiAngelo in July, and all the complicated custody and spousal support drama.
Despite the past chaos, the recent footage of Rashida and baby Lilo Legacy Ball has fans noticing a shift. Rashida hopped online to call out LiAngelo’s absence during the first days of Lilo’s life, while also publicly apologizing to Nikki for the pain she caused, thanking her for showing grace. Nikki accepted the apology in the comments, sparking chatter that maybe, just maybe, the women have found some peace with each other. Fans are loving it, and the internet is here for the idea that even in messy family drama, healing and respect can happen — especially when a baby girl like Lilo is in the mix.
