Rod Wave has officially entered the chat, responding to Zaria, a woman claiming he allegedly fathered her child. The two seemingly went back and forth on their Instagram Stories, dropping screenshots of alleged text messages.
On Friday, Zaria was back online early in the morning with more to say following her initial post on Wednesday. In a new series of posts, she continued to seemingly call out Rod Wave for being a deadbeat. Zaria shared what she claimed were text messages from the rapper, alleging he had been contacting her through a TextNow app. She also addressed accusations that she tried to extort him, explaining why she didnt get an abortion, and touched on other rumors surrounding their situation.
Zaria didnt hold back in her messages, writing:
TODAY GONE BE THE DAY ALL YOU H*** STOP PLAYING WITH MY NAME. Yall been playing with me n my jit for 8 months straight. TODAY ALL THAT END THO F*** SAVING FACE. Shelater added “Got all the time in the world for everything else but cant take care of your kid, let alone even try to spend time with her. ALL THIS S*** BE FLAW AF, PUT ON TOOOOO F******* BAD.
Rod Wave quickly entered the chat to deny the messages. Taking to his Instagram Story, the rapper shared a screenshot along with the caption, Fake messages is another level of delusional behavior. Obsessed fan sh*.*
Zaria wasted no time clapping back, standing ten toes down on her claims that he had been texting her through the TextNow app. Rod Wave later doubled down, insisting the alleged messages werent from him. He wrote: I dont even text my momma, let alone a stranger. I dont know you, girl. Why would I be texting you from an app? You tryna save face so you wont look crazy. God can kill my twins if Im lyin. I never text this girl. thats some sick a* sh**. Wtf, I met you two times in life, what tf. The two continued to go back and forth, with Zaria ultimately calling on Rod Wave to stop running and take a DNA test.
Social media users gathered under The Shade Room Teens comment section as Zaria and Rod Wave continue to trade shots online. While some of the rappers supporters urged him to take a DNA test, others questioned the authenticity of the alleged text messages. Many social media detectives were left confused, unsure of who to believe as things unfolded.

Despite the allegations, Rod Wave took to his Instagram Story to give followers a glimpse into his life as a girl dad. Rod shared a clip of himself sharing laughs with one of his twin baby girls, captioning the video, Ion play dem type games, dat aint my character.
