Chile, the holiday plates werent the only thing getting served this Thanksgiving. Russell Wilsons name popped up across social media this week when someone decided to speak on him. While folks were busy trying to piece together the drama, Mama Wilson herselfTammy Wilsonstepped forward with a message that had everybody knowing the family wasnt here for the slick talk.
In a resurfaced post currently making its rounds, Tammy Wilson delivered a direct clapback to Trevone Boykin after he dropped some commentary about her son, Russell Wilson, on Thanksgiving. Stepping boldly into TSRs comment section, she wrote:
“I am his mom. It is none of your business. This is opportunistic I am so tired of you men cutting down my son. Jesus said, to all accusing the woman, ‘he who is without sin cast the 1st stone.’ Part of our family was in Fla at a tournament. I stayed planned to stay home bc I wanted to fast the 4 days before year end. Russ thought enough of you, who has a criminal history, to love you enough to invite you over. This why Russ keeps it moving. Folks not trustworthy. Russ though will forgive, but not again. I hope you felt relevant for a few minutes. Lord forgive him for he know not what he is doing.”
But Tammy didnt stop thereafter signing her name, she gently stepped back in to seal it with, “and we got our own money.” And just like that, the internet went from Pass the yams to Pass the screenshots, because Mama Wilson delivered a whole sermon.
Folks didnt waste a second before sprinting and tackling their way into TSRs Instagram comments, and honey, the receipts were already spilling. Some said Trevone Boykin got read like the Bible on Sunday, while others pointed out that when someones mama steps in, you know you done messed up. Meanwhile, a few shady ones were just over here saying Russell seemingly triggers men for some reason.
One Instagram user, @therealcourtneybee,said, “When mama speaks, you know its real!!!“

And, Instagram user @irectorredd wrote, “‘I hope you felt relevant for a few minutes’ man listen ”
Meanwhile, Instagram user @kweenmocha said, “Mama Wilson said, come for mine and i finna read you like a Bible scripture“
While Instagram user @jessicawhatztea wrote, “Thats how Im coming about my kids Grown and all. Now find someone to play with. ”
Lastly, Instagram user @authorjon added, “Unpopular opinion Russell Wilson triggers a lot of peoples insecurities“
In case you missed it, Trevone Boykin recently resurfaced on social media talking about a previous Thanksgiving he spent at Russell Wilson and Ciaras house, and lets just say the vibe he described raised some eyebrows. He called the gathering weird since Russells own family wasnt around, and added that if he had Russells money and that Alaska Airlines hookup, hed be flying everyone out for a fancy Thanksgiving spread. The intimate dinner reportedly included just Ciara, Russell, the nanny, baby Future, Trevone, and a few otherswhile the rest of the family stayed out of townbut at the end of the day, its Russ and Ciaras celebration, and they get to decide whos on the guest list.
