RHOA newbie Shamari DeVoe revealed some news about her marriage to her cast mates on the latest episode of RHOA.
According to People, the ladies gathered at Cynthia Baileys house for a Fourth of July BBQ, and during a game of Pass the Peach Cynthia said, Raise your hand if you have been in an open relationship. To everyones surprise, Shamari stood right on up with both of her hands raised high.
She explained, We were on the brink of divorce. We were going through some really bad times and there was a girl that I was interested in and I wanted to do something different. I was bi-curious!
As many of us may know, Shamari is married to Ronnie DeVoe, one of the members of the legendary group, New Edition.
She continued, Yall know each other and are dating other people and its okay. Its not cheating.
The Blaque songstress answered the ladies questions, as they grew curious about the terms of her open relationship with her husband. She said the only thing that wasnt allowed was she couldnt be with another man, which she didnt mind.
As long as I was able to go about in my bi-curious ways than I was cool with that. I didnt want to be with another man because I had my husband.
Eventually, Shamari put an end to the open relationship after realizing the grass wasnt greener on the other side.
Shamari and Ronnie tied the knot back in 2006, and the two welcomed theirtwin boys back in 2017.
