The Houston-bred rapper unveiled the 19-track project on Friday (Jul. 28)–hyping up its release in the days leading up to the drop.

With such a lineup, many considered the features top-tier—and the praise by no means ended there!

Of course, people swiftly began flooding the internet with their thoughts on the album after gettin’ a taste of UTOPIA, and fans were vocal about being pleased with the project.

People also shared their excited reactions over finally getting to peep UTOPIA. Since it had been five years since he released ASTROWORLD, some proclaimed, “The [5-year] wait is over!”

Honing in on some of the tracks, “TELEKINESIS” with Future and SZA got some love.

Travis’ song with Beyoncé—”DELRESTO (ECHOES)”—was also praised as a bop.

Don’t get it twisted, though, as Travis doesn’t need features for a fire track, as evidenced by “SIRENS.”

Humorously, one fan proclaimed, “Travis Scott [gave] sh*tty features for three years straight [to keep] all the UTOPIA verses for himself.”

On the flip side, though, other people accused Travis Scott of thriving off of the vibes from Kanye West‘s Yeezus album.

There was also some pushback against people already calling UTOPIA “album of the year.”

Ultimately, though, it’s safe to say that the vast majority of people chiming in were fans of the album.
