Sidney Starr’s Family Speaks Out After Her Court Appearance | TSR Investigates

Sidney Starr appeared in Fulton County court after her August 2 arrest in the Atlanta area, where prosecutors outlined allegations involving a 13-year-old boy. In this TSR Investigates special report, Justin Carter was inside the courtroom as Starr faced a judge for the first time. Her attorney asked for bond as Starr fights felony charges including aggravated child molestation, sodomy, and sexual battery. Prosecutors described the allegations in court, while Starr’s attorney maintained her innocence and asked the judge to consider releasing her on bond. The judge ultimately denied bond, citing concerns including Starr’s social media and television presence and her living out of town. TSR Investigates also spoke with Starr’s friends, manager, and family as the case moves forward. Starr has not been convicted of the charges, and the allegations remain allegations as the legal process continues.
