Roommates, it’s no secret that Yaya Mayweather has been having a bit of a rough time recently despite just giving birth to her first child with ex-boyfriend NBA Youngboy. The two are currently not together and Yaya has been posting subliminal messages about their failed relationship ever since—and she just added even more with a recent throwback collage of their time together.
Although NBA Youngboy has a new girlfriend and has seemingly moved on from her for good, Yaya Mayweather is having a very hard time leaving her relationship with NBA Youngboy in the past. Following rumors that he has yet to see his newborn son with Yaya, despite her naming the baby Kentrell Jr. after him, Yaya has been keeping the memory of their past union alive courtesy of social media.
In her most recent post, she compiled a collection of photos and videos of the two dating back to 2018 when they were in happier times at the start of their relationship. Perhaps anticipating that fans would criticize her decision to post the intimate snapshots and videos, Yaya also added a message. In response, she posted a message on her Instagram stories that read “I post what I want.”
You’ll recall that Yaya and Youngboy had more than a tumultuous relationship, as last year before they officially broke up, she was arrested and charged with assault after she allegedly stabbed a woman that was involved in a relationship with Youngboy during the same time that she was.
