DDG Responds After Questionable Post Leaks
On Friday (Oct. 4), a post from DDG’s Instagram Stories Close Friends started circulating online. The post seemingly addressed his alleged breakup with Halle Bailey and exposed information about their alleged intimate time.
The message reads, “I’m a grown man I can make my own decisions. We chose to split because of personal reasons. Nah its not a skit. I’m not hurt and I’m not missing out on anything and her head game is [trash can emoticon] AF lol, as long as my son good, I’m good.”
It’s unclear when the questionable post was shared. However, while speaking out, DDG quickly dismissed any speculation that he created it. The ‘Moonwalking in Calabasas’ rapper hopped on X (formerly Twitter) to shut down rumors of him trash-talking his ex.
“I don’t even use close friends. Stop being weird,” DDG wrote on X.
Social Media Reacts To The Disrespect
Social media users quickly jumped into The Shade Room comment section to defend DDG, claiming he would never publicly embarrass Halle Bailey, regardless of their situation.

More Details About His & Halle Bailey’s Split
Earlier this week, DDG dropped a major bombshell on social media. The 26-year-old shared a message on his Instagram Stories about his relationship status with Halle. DDG claimed that he and Halle had decided to go their separate ways.
“After much reflections and heartfelt conversations, Halle and I have decided to go our separate ways. This decision was not easy, but we believe it’s the best path for the both of us. I cherished the time we spent together and the love we’ve shared,” the message reads.
Additionally, the post highlighted their commitment to staying close friends, even with the change.
“Despite the changes in our relationship, our love for each other remains deep and true. We are still best friends and adore each other. As we focus on our own individual journeys and our roles as co-parents, we cherish the bond we’ve built and the beautiful moments we’ve shared. As we navigate this transition, we ask for your understanding and support,” the message continued.
