With just four days away from the election that will go down in history, Jay Z kicked off his “Get Out The Vote ” concert in Cleveland. Geared towards impacting votes in favor of Hillary Clinton, artists like Beyonce, Big Sean, J. Cole, and Chance The Rapper are all slated to hit the stage tonight at the Wolstein Center.
