According to The Blast, Tamar Braxton is responsive and has been moved to a new facility.
“Tamar has been transferred to another facility for further evaluation and treatment,” a spokesperson for the reality star told The Blast.
The singer will remain in the facility and undergo a mental health evaluation to determine what more may be needed.
As previously reported, Tamar Braxton allegedly sent a cryptic message to her family, referring to herself as a “slave” and “the only way out is death.” Apparently the message was initially a drafted tweet that was never posted.
The Blast also reported that Tamar was at the Ritz Carlton Residences in Downtown Los Angeles with her boyfriend David Adefeso, and he reportedly found her unresponsive and called 911 to report that she had been drinking and taking an unknown amount of prescription pills.
Sources say that Tamar was reportedly really emotional due to a contract dispute with WeTv.
