Diddy Trial: “Jane” Mentions Gina Huynh, Details His Alleged Reaction To Cassie Lawsuit & Hotel Footage While Accusing Him Of Assault In Continued Testimony (RECAP)

On September 17, 2023, Jane reportedly flew to New York to meet Diddy, noting that it seemed he had dialed down on the idea of having a hotel night. Once she got on the plane, however, he reportedly ordered her to arrange one. Additionally, he added that he had a “surprise” for her.

“I just remember just taking a deep breath and just feeling upset and a little disappointed, a little defeated,” she told the court, adding that she believed Diddy had arranged for a new “entertainer” to join them.

Before the night commenced, Jane reportedly took ecstasy. However, the surprise entertainer “didn’t go well.” She reportedly felt she had to “make it up” to Diddy and arranged for another “entertainer” to fly to New York.

After the trip, they reportedly met each other again in Miami. During the gathering, Diddy noted wanting to watch the footage again. Ultimately, the second entertainer who joined them on the initial trip, met them for another escapade in Miami.

In October 2023, Jane says she and Diddy had corresponded about arranging another “all-star party” with multiple entertainers. At the time, she reportedly saw one of Diddy’s ex-girlfriends alongside him in posts on social media. In turn, she was reportedly furious about his request to her.

“You got that girl next to you so figure it out,” she texted him.

In turn, Diddy alleged that she was the only person who could put him “at peace.”

“Introduce her to P its not me its the entertainment that puts you at peace,” she reportedly told him in response.

Jane began to shed tears as she testified. She later messaged him, “Sex is sacred to me.”

She added that she didn’t “feel like performing loveless cold sex.”

“I had to earn just basic things from my relationship like love and respect and romance, but I felt like he was giving it to everyone else,” she told the court.

On October 16, 2023, Diddy told Jane he wanted to spend a day with her and no one else.

“Spend the day with your family or your ex, I need time to myself,” she ultimately told him.

In continued texts from the October 2023 incident, Jane told Diddy to “spend the day with your family or Gina, I need time to myself.” In turn, Diddy pleaded to Jane about wanting to spend the day with her.

“You beat the love out of us. You made it crystal clear exactly what you want me for. You’re going to spend the day what lovebombing me so you can get what you want? It’s not genuine. I’ve hit a mental and spiritual wall,” she texted Diddy.

Jane told the court that whenever Diddy wanted a hotel night, he would lovebomb her.

“whenever he wanted me or one of these nights, the lovebombing or the persistency would start,” she explained.

Jane told Diddy that he made it “crystal clear,” what he wanted from her. She told him that he was going to attempt to “love bomb” her to get what he wants. “You want me to “su** some di** so you can jet off with Gina. — I’m drained.”

The next day, Diddy continued blowing Jane’s phone up, ultimately asking if he could come over to her house, noting that it was his too. Jane reportedly ignored his texts. However, she responded after he texted her a screenshot of a conversation he had with his doctor regarding his knees.

Diddy noted being “stressed” and worrying about the medical convo, and needing Jane sexually. Jane reportedly responded by telling him to take it easy. She reportedly noted to the court that she answered because she cared about Diddy’s health.

On October 18, 2023, Jane explained that she met Diddy at one of his homes and they traveled to a hotel for a “sobriety party.” She noted that she didn’t take drugs at the event. Additionally, she threw up after having sex with two men. However, the evening commenced with Jane having sex with a third man.

After the party, Jane testified that Diddy went to Miami. Subsequently, she asked him to deposit money into her account. Additionally, she sent him angry messages, and Diddy replied with audio, telling her he’s single.

“You placed and paid all of these harmful men on me and risked my health. This was never love I regret everything and all this dark toxic sh*t that entered my life,” she reportedly texted him on one occasion.

Eventually, the pair got on the phone, and Diddy allegedly offered to pay “three months more” of her rent.

“I’m not Gina or Cassie,” she reportedly told Diddy, noting of the women that they appeared to leave their romances with Diddy quietly.

In later texts, Jane wrote to Diddy:

“I feel as your lover I wanted to please you and destress you and I pushed through and went along with things even when deep down I wanted the night to be over… I know I was consenting like I say on tape.”

In turn, Diddy agreed, writing, “if anyone were to watch these tapes, they would’ve thought you were having the best time; they look like you were consenting.”

When asked on the stand if she was consenting, Jane said, “I’m still trying to figure that out.”

On the stand, Jane explained that later in October 2023, she went to Diddy’s home. At the time, she felt supported by Diddy and as if he was understanding her grievances for the first time.

“I felt that he had really absorbed for the first time what I was saying, I felt that he understood me in this moment,” she told the court.

She reportedly left his home as his birthday neared on November 4.

“With celebrations, I just felt like they would be put on me as far as him wanting to party,” she said, noting she purchased Diddy a portable television screen to watch their videos, hoping it would replace his desire for hotel nights.

Jane testified to learning about Cassie’s November 2023 lawsuit against Diddy. She had reportedly met Cassie in passing at a fashion show in 2015.

“I almost fainted. In fact, I think I did,” she told the court.

Three pages in, Jane reportedly noted saying to herself, “‘‘ can’t believe I’m reading my own story.'”

“I was just in a complete state of shock, just messaging him, and just like, ‘What is this?'” she recalled. “

Additionally, Jane wrote to Diddy, “The sick part is you knew this was coming and you gaslit me and made me feel crazy about the sex trauma I was developing knowing you’ve been here before… It’s all so clear that this was sexual exploitation that you framed as love for your sick fetishes.”

Diddy allegedly did not respond for two days. Then, he reportedly texted Jane, writing, “Call me on this phone important.”

Their subsequent call was reportedly played for the jury. When she called, reportedly on a cell phone that belonged to Kristina Khorram, Diddy told her, “you know, I really cant talk on this phone.”

“[It was] just some kinky sh*t that I thought that we both — you know what I’m saying — enjoyed,” Diddy reportedly told Jane, seemingly referring to Cassie’s allegations. “I need you to be there for me.”

In later conversations, he reportedly told her that he needed her friendship and she knew she wouldn’t have to “worry about nothing else,” seemingly alluding to his rent payments.

After that, Jane reportedly did not see Diddy until February 2024 — three months after Cassie’s filing and their settlement. In her mind, they were on a “break.” However, they still maintained some level of communication.

Jane returns back to the stand. She testified that she and Diddy were apart for 3 months after Cassie’s lawsuit. She says they still had some communication through that time but did not see one another.

On December 7, 2023, Jane sent Diddy a text with a screenshot from Instagram of something she testified was “very triggering” for her.

“I’m crying… Please stop using women for your fetish,” she wrote. “…Leave women alone who don’t want to do those nights with you. Hire prostitutes and stop emotionally harming women that love you.”

In turn, Diddy accused her of trying to set him up.

“No stop calling me you will never understand because you’re so deep in your own lies that you tell yourself,” Jane wrote back. “I set up the men for myself because I didn’t want to be set up with any more strangers. It was a protective instinct for myself.”

That month, Diddy texted her asking if she was dating. She reportedly sent him an audio message, adding in a text, “I became the side chick and sex worker in my own relationship.”

Additionally, Diddy asked Jane if she wanted to see him for the New Year. However, she noted that she would be spending the holidays with her son, due to her seemingly being previously available due to their schedule of hotel nights.

Furthermore, on December 27, 2023, Jane texted Diddy, “You couldnt ever handle this pain, I’m not even the same person anymore.” In turn, Diddy continued to accuse Jane of setting him up.

Jane told the court that the December 2023 texts between her and Diddy were her opportunity to vent about the events between them, specifically their hotel nights. She explained that never told anyone else about the event “because it was just a shameful dark secret.”

She noted that she tried not answering Combs often during that time.

“Every time I would speak my truth or how I would be really feeling, Sean would just give me a different version of it and say ‘it wasn’t this, it wasn’t that,'” she told the court, noting his gaslighting of her.

When they spoke on the phone, Diddy reportedly told her to “charge” him an amount that would help her move on.

“Charge me for your resentment… I just need you to get over this… I don’t want any lose ends,” he reportedly texted her in part.

Afterward, Jane reportedly sent Diddy an outline of how he could pay her hundreds of thousands to compensate for the three years of their relationship. Diddy reportedly responded, telling Jane she was an opportunist, a liar, and a con. At one point, Jane says, Diddy threatened to show the tapes of her and him to the father of her child.

On December 28, 2023, Jane informed Kristina Khorram about Diddy’s threat to show their text breaks to her son’s father.

“He said that he would expose me and send them to my child’s father. He has been bothering me for two months,” Jane told Khorram.

Afterward, Khorram agreed to hide the phone on which the tapes were. Additionally, she told Jane that she and Diddy needed to give each other some space.

“‘I always tell him all the time to just give these things space; otherwise we end up in the situation like we’re in now,'” Khorram recalled to Jane of her conversation with Diddy, seemingly alluding to Cassie’s lawsuit.

After the December correspondence, Jane and Diddy took space in their relationship. She testified to feeling calm during that time. She reportedly took a trip to Vegas with some friends in January 2024. While there, they reportedly linked up with an unknown rapper, and ultimately, Jane saw one of the “entertainers,” “Anton,” in the rapper’s hotel room. Jane alleged the entertainer was having sex with a woman while the group watched.

Jane did not name the rapper in her testimony.

Additionally, during that time, Jane launched her OnlyFans, posting alluring content. Afterward, her income increased, and she received financial assistance from a friend in the payment of $9,000.

She said the hotel nights continued but either at her home or his. She showed him that she started an OF earlier on in 2024 and how lucrative it was. She said one day when Diddy was going through her phone he stumbled upon messages between her and someone named Bear who gave her…

In February 2024, Diddy texted Jane, noting that he had a dream about her. She explained to the court that she replied because she “missed him dearly.” Ultimately, Diddy asked if she had plans for her birthday, noting he wanted to spend the day with her.

“I’m a little traumatized from my past birthdays and what they ultimately led to at the end of the night,” she reportedly texted him in response.

Ultimately, Jane agreed to visit Diddy in Miami for the occasion. After dinner, she and Diddy reportedly took ecstasy, and Diddy asked her if she remembered Don, one of their entertainers.

Jane agreed to see Don and had sexual relations with the entertainer.

“At this point, I’m just so used to this being the outcome of whatever we’re doing that I just accept it,” she told the court.

After that, she and Diddy relaxed in Miami before she left the area. Ultimately, Jane noted this signified them being back together. Subsequently, they embarked on more hotel nights at his residences.

“…Things had really hit the fan with everything going on so it was just better to keep private,” Jane testified, explaining why their outings were not as public.

Jane said she saw Diddy in Miami in May, July, and August but the two did not go out together because things started to hit the fan regarding the Cassie lawsuit. She said, “the press was after him.”

In early March 2024, Diddy reportedly was attempting to have Jane set up another hotel night. Amid their conversation, Diddy reportedly told her he was going to spend time with his mom. However, she suspected he was going to be with another woman.

“I would appreciate it if you could sign something for me so I could have closure comfortably,” Diddy reportedly told Jane, noting that he wanted a “clean break” and had notified his accountant.

In turn, Jane informed Diddy that she was still paying off her debt for being his “on-call party girl.” Ultimately, she asked Diddy to keep paying her rent for three additional months before she took on the responsiblity.

In March 2024, HSI raided Diddy’s homes and reportedly went to Jane’s residence. Subsequently, Diddy hired an attorney for Jane — she noted that to date, she is still being represented by the attorney. Additionally, is still paying for the attorney.

Amid the federal search, entertainer Sly threatened to release a sextape of himself and Jane on a hotel night

“My heart was beating out of my chest and I couldn’t believe what he was saying to me,” Jane testified, noting Sly demanded $10,000.

She told Diddy, who informed his legal team. Upon contact with Sly again, Jane informed him that he was committing “sextortion.” Subsequently, a “big media company” reached out to her, informing her that they had obtained the tape.

“I fainted and I called my lawyer,” Jane explained

The tape was never released. Additionally, Jane explained she didn’t know why.

Jane said an escort they used frequently named Sly threatened to release one of their tapes if he wasn’t paid $10,000. She said she told Diddy and he got his legal team involved. Jane later told Sly she would not be entertaining his threats and “sextortion.” She says a big media…

On March 17, 2024, Jane says she was with Diddy when CNN released security camera footage of Diddy assaulting Cassie in an Intercontinental hotel hallway in March 2016. Per Jane, Diddy was informed by his son that “something happened.”

Ultimately, he and his family planned a “sincere apology post” to share publicly. Jane added that she and Diddy did not discuss the video. However, he never denied being in the footage.

The following day, Diddy showed her a draft of a public statement he planned to share — in the draft she saw, he reportedly mentioned Cassie directly. Additionally, she gave him positive feedback and flew back to Los Angeles soon after.

Then, in June or July of that year, she and Diddy discussed the footage.

“He said that that was the only time they had physical violence like that,” Jane recalled, adding that Diddy told her Cassie was a “hitter.”

Per Inner City Press, after a break was called for jurors, Marc Agnifilio noted that he told Diddy not to mention Cassie in his “apology” video because he felt “she might be a grand jury witness.”

Jane explained that on June 18, 2024, Diddy came to her home in Los Angeles, and a romantic scene was set for them with red lights, candles, and a patio view. While drinking champagne and tequila, they began arguing as Jane confronted him about being in Utah with another woman. She reportedly called him a pedophile, saying that if a woman isn’t old enough to buy her own drinks, he shouldn’t be interested in her.

She reportedly called him a pedophile, noting the woman was over 18 but Diddy was at least 25 years older than her. Things became heated, and Jane said she pushed his head into a marble counter when he bent over to tie his shoe. After, she began throwing the candles, which may have landed on Diddy’s clothes.

“I think he was probably cursing and calling me crazy,” she recalled.

At that point, she locked herself in a bedroom, but Diddy allegedly kicked the door down and went on to kick down a bathroom door, following her into her closet. Before she was able to escape the residence, she says Diddy kicked her in her back thigh and picked her up, and put her in a chokehold where she couldn’t breathe.

At that point, she ran outside and hid by a wall until she believed Diddy had left the residence. When she began walking back, she saw Diddy on the street. After she returned to her home’s guest residence, Diddy returned, kicking the door down. She punched him and alleged he punched her. After, she ran into the yard and balled herself up, trying to protect her head.

“He started punching my head. He started kicking me. He started saying all kinds of things and just kept punching me,” Jane said.

Diddy reportedly was telling her that she was trying to take him away from his kids. But she disagreed.

“He grabs me by my arm and my hair and starts dragging me back to the house,” Jane recalled.

After Jane called the woman she believed was on the trip with Diddy. She says the woman told her insulting things as Diddy allegedly held her down, trying to restrain her. When things cooled down, she took a shower, noticing a black eye on her face. Diddy apparently joined her in the shower and slapped her three times, making her fall to the ground.

After the incident, Jane says she got dressed in lingerie and heels. Diddy was allegedly playing explicit content on her phone and texting someone named Anton. Upon looking at the prior conversation, Diddy questioned Jane about the Vegas incident. After Anton arrived at the residence, Diddy asked Jane to join him in the guest bedroom to discuss more about Vegas. He reportedly told her to take an ecstasy pill, but she refused.

“I don’t want to, I don’t want to, I don’t want to,” she recalled telling him.

Ultimately, Jane testified to performing oral sex and having sex with Anton that evening. Additionally, she says, Diddy sent his security to give her around $10,000 or $12,000 for the evening with Anton and the damaged doors. She reportedly gave $3,000 or $4,000 to Anton. However, she noted she did not use the additional money to fix the doors because she had other bills. But she did contact a supplier.

At this point, the jury was shown photos of the damaged doors. Additionally, the jury was shown footage of Jane taken on the day of the assault, showing her bruising.

Furthermore, Jane explained that she saw Diddy a few days later because she missed him. When she saw him, he reportedly accused her of cheating on him, which she denied. Additionally, she explained on the stand that she learned Diddy went to Wyoming with another woman. She was reportedly “outraged” and blocked him.

“I think I did break up with him,” she explained, noting that a few weeks later she reached back out to him upon finding out his mother had been hospitalized.

Jane says the last time she saw Diddy was in August 2024. At that time, they reportedly had sex. She added that she did not see him in New York the following month when he was arrested. Furthermore, in November of that year, she seemingly shared that she began complying with the case per a subpoena. She reportedly noted meeting with both the defense and prosecution teams.

Additionally, Jane added that she’s been speaking with a therapist for “three months now.”

Court then concluded after Jane reiterated that Diddy is currently paying for her legal counsel.
