Ne-Yo Reportedly Files Motion To Establish Paternity Of Kids He Fathered With Sade During Marriage To Crystal Renay

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the singer is asking the court to “establish parentage” of two children he fathered with a woman named Sade.

Additionally, the singer is also seeking “joint legal and physical custody” of the children.

According to the outlet, Ne-Yo has specified that he and Sade had their first son Braiden in 2021. Then, they recently welcomed their second son Brixton in February.

Furthermore, Ne-Yo is also hoping that establishing the paternity of the children would allow them to be eligible for inheritance from him in the future.

Furthermore, Sade has taken to social media to provide the DNA test report of her first child with Ne-Yo.

As The Shade Room previously reported, Ne-Yo recently explained that the public’s opinion of his personal life is non-important to him.

“I just need the whole world to understand this. Your opinions of me and my personal life don’t mean ANYTHING to me… My kids love me. My women love me. My future is bright as f**k. I don’t even have time to concern myself with what y’all think…”

The singer’s comments arrived on the heels of him being spotted with Sade following his divorce from Crystal Renay.

In April, Sade appeared to attend a concert of the singer’s — showing heavy support and affection.

Earlier that month, Ne-Yo appeared to celebrate Sade’s birthday.

As The Shade Room previously reported, the relationship between Sade and Ne-Yo prompted his ex-wife Crystal Renay to file for divorce from the singer on August 1.

Renay briefly recounted her marriage with Ne-Yo via an Instagram post days before she filed the motion.

“8 years of lies and deception. 8 years of unknowingly sharing my life and husband with numerous women who sell their bodies to him unprotected…”

In January, amid the ex-couple’s ongoing divorce, Ne-Yo shared a photo of the oldest child he fathered with Sade.

Then in March, he seemingly confirmed that he fathered a second child with Sade.

Outside of his two children with Sade, Ne-Yo also fathers three children with ex-wife Crystal Renay and two children with ex-fiancée Monyetta Shaw.
