Roddy Ricch Reportedly Agrees To Pay Ex-GF $24,000 To Cover Three Months In Temporary Child Support

Roddy Ricch and his ex-girlfriend Alexandra Kiser have taken the legal route to solidifying their child custody and support terms. The former couple are parents to a three-year-old named Kadence Moore–Roddy’s first child and son.

Alexandra, also known as Allie Kay, demanded sole custody and $20,000 in monthly child support when she filed earlier this year. However, per recent court documents obtained by Radar Online, Allie will receive a lump sum slightly exceeding her initial ask. The rapper reportedly agreed to pay $24,000 in temporary child support to cover April, May, and June financial assistance.

The lump sum, about $8,000 monthly, will be credited towards future child support payments or orders. Roddy and Alexandra reportedly notified the court about their temporary agreement.

Additionally, the parents agreed to push back their May 23 hearing to August 15. In the meantime, Radar Online claims Ricch and Allie will attempt to hash out their terms in a voluntary settlement conference rather than in front of a judge.

Meet Allie Kay & Kadence Moore

We first learned Roddy is a first-time father after Allie posted a picture of the rapper cradling Kadence as a newborn in April 2020.

However, her online life appears scarce. Though multiple Instagram accounts are donning her name, one profile with over 48,000 followers seems active. At the time of publication, her last feed post and two Instagram Story posts were made during the previous 24 hours.

There are no photos of Kadence on the (@allieminati) account, but one photo shows Allie posing with an occupied baby stroller. The caption says, “Mom 1st but THAT b***h immediately after.”

In an April 6 post, she revealed lil’ Roddy was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and detailed the struggles of handling that alone.

“My son turns 3 next week and ASD something I’ve committed so many hours to learning about since his diagnosis. There is alot of great resources out there but there is also a lot of information that western medicine doctors don’t tell. I’ve talked to plenty of therapists and doctors (western to holistic) just trying to understand. I want to commend any parent who is raising a superhero baby🤍 it’s not easy. I’ve had to figure everything out on my own, from staying up late night researching, taking him to therapy everyday to understanding all his sensory needs & sensitivities. One thing I will say is that the journey gets better with the right help! My son has done a total 180 & I’m so proud of how far he’s come!”

Allie Kay Says Roddy Ricch Has No Regard For His 'Parental Obligation Or Responsibility'

Meanwhile, Roddy Ricch doesn’t appear to have any posts on his Insta featuring his only child. As of Tuesday, it also seems like the rapper deactivated his account.

This brings us to Allie’s claims in the custody and support filing. Allie reportedly slammed Ricch for his alleged lack of involvement in Kadence’s life.

“Since his birth, I alone spend 98% of the time with him while Rodrick lives his life without any regard to his parental obligation or responsibility to spend time with Kadence. Rodrick misses important holidays with him, including this past holiday season. Instead, he took his friend to Dubai and the Maldives on a pleasure trip. I was hurt to find out on Christmas Eve when he came back from his trip that he hadn’t gotten or planned anything for our son for Christmas,” Alexandra claimed in the filing.

The filing also said:

“Recently, he moved into the gated compound where he as leased the house where our son and I currently li e and has only spent 3 full days with Kadence thus far and that has been since January/early February. I don’t know the exact date becasuse Rodrick hid the fact that he moved down the street from us, had a party with his entire family in attendance and his son was not. He now asks if I could move after I expressed to him that I felt uncomfortable about the way he moved into our gated community, just mere houses from us, and then tried to keep it a secret.”

Allie Kay says Roddy has refused to pay for her and Kadence’s home while “giving minimal and inconsistent support.” Not only that, Roddy allegedly wants his son’s mother to vacate the premises on her dime and pay for a car he leased as a birthday present for her in June 2020.

Kiser also claimed Roddy, legal name Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., is affiliated with a gang and abuses drugs.

“Rodrick Moore is gang affiliated. He has been arrested on a gun charge, domestic violence and regularly indulges in promethazine [lean] use, all of which are concerns for myself and our son,” she wrote.

In 2019, police arrested and booked Ricch for felony domestic violence. He later posted a $50,000 bond, but whether Allie Kay was the girlfriend he allegedly forcibly grabbed was never confirmed.

Per The Blast, Ricch tapped Samantha Spector to represent him in the proceedings, but Radar Online says the “The Box” artist hasn’t responded to the filing in court.
