Amid breakup rumors surrounding her and entrepreneur Nyonisela Sioh, former Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes is speaking on embracing the “soft life.”
Additionally, the subject comes up after RHOA producers seemingly shaded NeNe after editing her out of a throwback intro screen.

NeNe Leakes Says She’s “In A Different Place” & Prioritizing “Happiness”
NeNe recently hopped on social media and acknowledged how everyone has been asking her to publicly comment on recent headlines pertaining to her. However, she let it be known that the matter wasn’t a priority at the moment.
“The last few days, I’ve gotten lots of emails and text messages and DMs from people asking me to comment on this subject or comment on that subject or that subject. And I kinda don’t [want to.]”
She went on to explain that, as she’s “moving into [her] soft era,” she’s focused on her “happiness.” NeNe also explained that she’s not interested in holding grudges at this point.
“I am moving into my soft era, and my main focus is my happiness. And I’m not the kind of person that holds grudges. Like any human, you get mad for a little while, but then after that, I like to let it go.”
Leakes summed up by proclaiming, “I just want for once to be in my soft era. Maybe have somebody take care of me…I’m just in a different place right now.”
Regarding this stance, she didn’t let up and made it clear that her peace is the only thing that currently matters.
“I don’t want to comment on any of the things that everybody is asking me to comment on. That’s just not my focus at the moment. Soft era—that’s my focus.”
It’s also worth adding that, beneath The Shade Room’s re-upload of the matter, NeNe Leakes commented, “Rip me out the plastic I been acting brand new.” PERIOD!
Is There Trouble In Paradise Between NeNe & Nyonisela Sioh?
As The Shade Room exclusively reported, NeNe confirmed that she was dating again in December 2021—about three months after Gregg Leakes passed away.

Months later, she and Nyonisela Sioh embarked on a baecation to Ghana. However, they were eventually hit some legal troubles thanks to Sioh’s estranged wife, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh.
In November 2022, Nyonisela finally filed for divorce. However, by late March, it looked like trouble may have started to brew, as NeNe questioned if she was “doing something to attract” narcissists.
Two months later, NeNe Leakes shared a similar post that served as a “Warning to all ladies.”
“NARCISSISTIC MEN ARE THE WORST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET! THEY COME TO DESTROY! BEWARE.”
This message was accompanied by another post in which she further called attention to how narcissists will “slander” others.
“NARCISSISTIC MEN WILL SLANDER YOUR NAME TO ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN! BEWARE THEY ARE NEVER TELLING THE TRUTH.”
Eventually, outlets like Hollywood Unlocked and Radar Online reported that they had broken up, though this hasn’t been publicly confirmed.
