Social media users are sharing their reactions to a year-old viral clip of Ray J and his niece Sy’Rai Smith. As The Shade Room previously reported, Smith is the 21-year-old daughter of Ray J’s sister, singer Brandy.

Sy’Rai Smith & Ray J’s Viral Instagram Live Resurfaces
On Thursday, December 14, Ray J took to Instagram to share a resurfaced clip of an Ilivestream held by him and Sy’Rai. Similar footage from 9MagTV shows that the pair’s livestream appears to have occurred in March 2022.
Additionally, the 42-year-old captioned the Instagram video.
“This never gets old!!! — I LOVE YOU!! @syraismith – MY BEAUTIFUL NIECE!!! —- What yall think about the vocals?????” the singer wrote.
In the video, viewers watched as Smith instructed Instagram users to send a request if they were interested in joining the stream to sing live for Ray J.
“I’ll try to get as many people as I can,” Smith reassured viewers as one Instagram user joined their stream.
Both Smith and Ray J greeted the woman before asking which song of his she would be singing. The user chose the singer’s 2005 hit single, ‘One Wish.’
