Now hold up! Ice Cube just found out he was somebodys childhood crushand were not talking random fan energy. Were talking about pop princess Selena Gomez! But in true, Cube fashion, he kept it cool and unbothered, reminding everyone that hes been that guy.
While speaking on the ‘3s and Ones’ podcast, the rap legend and actor addressed Selenas recent revelation about her five-year-old self crushing hard on him. However, Ice Cube made it clear that he wasnt caught off guardhed already heard about it a long time ago.
A lot of em like me, homie, said the ‘Friday’ actor. What? What’s up? I heard this years ago. Look, I had my crushes too growing up.”
And, just so we know that the nostalgia is mutual, Cube added that he had a few celeb crushes of his own back in the day, including Vanity from Princes girl group ‘Vanity 6.’ I had about four [crushes] he said, keeping it real.
