“Jane” is on her second day of testimony for the prosecution in Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ federal trial. She’s taken the stand under a pseudonym, but is described as his private girlfriend between 2021 and 2024. On Friday, day 18 of the trial, she sobbed on the stand as she recalled drug-fueled sex marathons with Diddy and male entertainers. Jane said the “hotel night” she thought was a one-time proposal quickly became their only time together.

Jane first told the jury on Thursday that Combs introduced her to drug use early in their loving and passionate relationship. She also revealed that in May 2021, he proposed a “hotel night” with a male entertainer named Don after teasing his fantasies. At that point, they had been dating for several months, enjoying secretive, lavish vacations. After the first time, Jane admitted to feeling “excited” and “happy” to share the “taboo” sexual experience with her man. But that one “hotel night” opened a Pandora’s Box, per Jane, that she never closed again with Diddy.
Jane Says Diddy Rejected Protection During Freak Offs & “Played Around” With Entertainers’ Semen
The opening line of questioning by the prosecution focused on protection use during the “hotel nights.” Prosecutors played an audio tape on Friday in which Jane asked a man to wear a condom during their first hotel night. However, Combs’ guilt tripped me out of it,” Jane said. “It wasn’t something he wanted to see.” It was the first time jurors in the trial heard any recording from inside those encounters. She said there was a recording of that night because Combs “liked recording [her] and the entertainers.”
Jane said on the stand that Combs would become “agitated” and be “unhappy” if she said no to his instructions. After the end of sexual intercourse with male entertainers, Jane said the men would ejaculate on her body, and Diddy would have sex with her after. At the prosecutor’s questioning, Jane also revealed that she didn’t clean the semen because: “Sean liked it. He liked to play around with it.”
Witness Says Diddy Ignored Her Signals To Stop “Hotel Night” Acts
Jane began sobbing when she recalled giving Diddy “subtle cues” about wanting to stop engaging in acts with male sex workers while he watched. She said she would tell him she was tired or hungry, or make gestures and facial expressions indicating she didn’t want to continue. But, she said, Diddy would tell her to keep going and “finish strong.” Combs would also allegedly give her ecstasy to keep her awake for the encounters, which Jane previously said could last between 12 and 24 hours or longer.
Asked by a prosecutor why she didn’t tell him directly that she wanted to stop, Jane said, “I just, I don’t know,” as she cried loudly.
Jane Describes “Hotel Nights” & How They Were “Work” For Her
Leading up to one hotel night, Jane said she believed they were going on a date night. Instead, Diddy presented plans of a “quick” hotel night with a male entertainer, which lasted 18 hours and three rounds. After it was over, Diddy said he had to leave, and when Jane began crying, he allegedly looked at her “disgusted.” Eventually, he stayed.
Jane also testified on Friday that she traveled to Las Vegas with Sean Combs on a private jet around 2023. They had a “hotel night” encounter with a male “entertainer.” During those times, Jane said Diddy would refer to her as his “freak.”
On the stand, Jane also said that the sexual encounters were “work from start to finish for her.” She had already revealed on Thursday that sometimes hotel nights happened on Diddy’s spontaneous demand. When she tried to rush through the sexual acts, Jane said Diddy would encourage her to slow down. He’d allegedly say phrases like, “I’m not ready to see that yet.”
Prosecutors questioned Jane about texting Sean Combs, “I wanna suck Paul’s d**k” at one point. She admitted to writing it because she knew “it would turn Sean on.” Paul was a male entertainer they had previously engaged with.

Jane Recalls Diddy Bringing In Third Men After She Threw Up From Encounter With Two Others
When Jane wept after one of the “hotel nights,” Jane recalled Combs telling her, “Don’t do that right now,” and “I can’t do this right now. I’m too high.” She said she blacked out earlier in the evening after she took the drug ecstasy, which she said Combs gave her.
When she tried to remain sober for two encounters, but the encounter then felt too real, and the “fantasy of it all wasn’t there.”
During the second attempt in October 2023, she threw up in a hotel bathroom after having sex with two men in a row. She said she and Diddy were having a “sobriety” party at a Beverly Hills hotel after agreeing to stop taking drugs for 30 days. That night, Diddy consumed cocaine and ecstasy, but she remained sober. After throwing up, Combs allegedly told her, “That’s good.” He allegedly added, “You’ll feel better now that you’ve thrown up. So let’s go.” Jane said he led her to a third man whom she had sex with, telling jurors she felt “repulsed.”
“I was just too mad at myself. I was mad I had let myself get into this,” Jane said.
She said she endured the “dark, sleazy” encounters because she enjoyed spending time alone with Combs afterward. “I would really fight to block out how sad I was after,” Jane testified. Still, she expressed her love for Combs, telling him in messages that “my heart is really in this and it’s breaking.”
She also testified that hotel nights included drugs like ecstasy, molly, cocaine, and pink powder. The longest hotel night she participated in lasted three and a half days in 2022. Jane said she didn’t sleep at all, taking ecstasy, drinking coffee, and protein shakes to stay awake.
After the hotel parties, Jane testified in between sobs that they would go back to Combs’ home, she’d cook for him, run him a bath, put on his favorite show, and they’d cuddle.

Jane Talks About Being Financially Dependent On Diddy & Not Wanting To Do Hotel Nights
Prosecutor Maurene Comey tried to elicit from Jane testimony that would support the government’s claim. Their goal is to prove Combs coerced women to submit to his sexual fantasies by using his wealth to make them reliant on him and his needs.
Other texts they presented show Jane explaining to Diddy why she wanted to end the hotel nights with other men. Her text said:
“I’m so much more than being left in the dark of a hotel room. My heart is breaking. I don’t want to play this role in your life anymore. It’s dark, sleazy and makes me feel disgusted with myself. It’s the only reason you have me around and why you pay for my house. I don’t want to feel obligated to perform and fear losing you…I just want to talk like adults and figure where we go from here.”
By September 2023, Combs had been paying Jane’s rent for about five months. Jane testified Friday that she texted Combs in 2023, saying she longed to return to the early days of their relationship. She told him she felt obligated to perform for him and regretted ever getting involved in the encounters, which had come to dominate their time together.
“I don’t want to keep feeling like that,” she wrote, telling Combs that she wanted them to “talk like adults and figure out where we’re going from here.” Combs responded: “Girl, stop.”

Witness Recalls Booking Male Entertainers, Traveling With Drugs & Cash Payments
In continued testimony after a break, Jane admitted to transporting drugs for Diddy. She said a butler, assistant, or security guard usually delivered him re-ups of drugs during the hotel nights, from cocaine to Molly. However, in 2022, Jane said she picked up drugs from security in Los Angeles and flew with them to meet Combs in Miami. She said Diddy’s chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, told her to put it in her checked luggage and she’d be “fine.” She later consumed ecstasy with Diddy from the package she brought. A couple of weeks later, she did the same thing at Diddy’s request: picking up ecstasy packets from his L.A. home and flying to Miami.
After the first “hotel night” encounter, Diddy continued to pick the male entertainers until late 2021. At that time or in early 2022, Jane began picking the male entertainers because she “hated” the hotel nights and wanted to select at least whom she’d sleep if the encounters continued.
The first entertainer she booked was Sly Williams, whom she called Chef for his cooking passion. They communicated via Instagram before a FaceTime that got “hot and steamy.” She admitted to asking Sly to show his genitals on camera while mirroring her phone to Diddy’s TV. She booked Sly’s flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles, and Combs later reimbursed her. After the first time, she again booked Sly for other hotel nights in Los Angeles, Miami, and New York. She said Combs’ travel agent sometimes helped book the flights, and Combs always paid for them. Diddy also allegedly paid Sly between $2,000 and $4,000, usually in cash, for each “hotel night.” Sly, Jane testified, was familiar with her and felt like “a safe option.”

Jane Says "Hotel Nights" Continued Until A Month Before Diddy's Arrest In 2024
She admitted having hotel nights with Diddy weekly or every other week between May 2021 and October 2023. She and Combs took a break from October 2023 until February 2024. When they rekindled, the acts started happening only at Combs’ Miami house and became less frequent.
For context, the acts after Jane and Diddy rekindled occurred several weeks after Cassie sued Combs for sex trafficking, sexual assault, and abuse in November 2023. He settled with her for $20 million within 24 hours.
Between February and Diddy’s arrest in September, Jane recalls about five sexual encounters involving Diddy and another man. Their last encounter was in August 2024, one month before his arrest. On the stand, Jane admitted that she cannot recall how many different men she slept with during her dealings with Diddy.
In addition to hotel nights, Jane claims that Diddy would have her FaceTime the male entertainers, sparking steamy conversations that involved requests for nudes. That only happened when she and Diddy were alone and having sex. If the men texted her when she was not with Diddy, Jane said she was polite but didn’t respond similarly.
“When I’m in my sober mind receiving these messages it’s kind of not something that I like to see,” Jane said, after several messages were read in court.

Jane Recalls Diddy Ruining Her Birthday With Unexpected Hotel Night Proposal
Ahead of the court breaking for lunch, Jane testified about Diddy booking a male entertainer for her birthday in 2023. She had flown to Miami so they could celebrate her. However, at dinner, he mentioned feeling excited for the entertainer that night. Jane says she “just accepted it,” despite being blindsided by the proposal and wanting to do it. After dinner, Diddy gifted her a necklace as a birthday present, and an entertainer she didn’t know arrived.
Jane began crying on the stand as she recalled the evening, saying it felt “invasive” because it was her birthday and she didn’t want to do the sexual acts on her day. Through sobs, she explained that she was robotic during the encounter, given that they had “become so routine.” She said Diddy became upset when she requested a condom, so she didn’t push the request. “I didn’t want my partner unhappy with me,” she stated. Diddy ultimately gave in, allowing the condom, but Jane said he appeared visibly unhappy with the encounter.
Afterward, Combs allegedly moved her to another suite with a bracelet, cake, flowers, and balloons. They spent some time together before Diddy had another male entertainer pull up for “hours and hours” of sex. After the second one, he announced that a third one was on the way. “I acted like it was nothing but inside I hated it,” she testified.

Jane Admits To Surprising Diddy With At Least Two Hotel Nights, Reveals More Details About Recorded Encounters
While Combs usually dictated the hotel nights, Jane testified that she recalls arranging at least two as a surprise for him. She said those instances were likely on special occasions like Valentine’s Day and his return from a long trip. However, she said she could determine when Combs wanted an encounter, as he allegedly said things like, “I can’t wait to see what you have for me.” As for why she set up the nights despite not wanting to do them, she said she loved Diddy “very deeply.”
Later in her testimony, she affirmed that Diddy paid male entertainers in cash, which she witnessed at least twice. She also said Diddy recorded the encounters “just for him,” and that she was okay with it after becoming used to the routine. The jury alone was allowed to see 15 photos of the hotel nights.

Witness Claims Diddy Broke Promise To End Hotel Nights In 2023
In 2023, Jane said she flew to New York City to spend promised “romantic” time with Combs, but while mid-air, he had allegedly texted her about “entertainment.” When she landed, she waited outside the Trump International Hotel and snapped a photo of their hotel room from the car, which she spotted by the red lights. The jury was allowed to see the picture.
Later, at a lounge, Jane said she was bickering with Combs about having a hotel night, and told him she was done with the encounters. Despite becoming agitated, Jane said he agreed they didn’t have to continue, but an encounter still occurred that night. At the hotel, Combs had given her a proactive outfit to wear, but after seeing the man, she refused the encounter. Diddy was allegedly agitated, so Jane made it up to him by booking a flight for a man from Atlanta to NYC that same night. Combs later reimbursed her, and one of his assistants had dropped off cash at the hotel for the man.
Jane confirmed that Diddy was paying her rent at the time, and they had previously had conversations about her rent payments’ being dependent on the hotel nights.

Jane Suffered Pain & UTIs From Hotel Nights, Describes Diddy's Physical Appearance Demands
Jane testified about feeling back and shoulder pains during every sexual encounter with other men. The pain stemmed from staying in certain positions for long periods since that’s what Diddy “wanted to see.”
She also admitted to contracting urinary tract infections and yeast infections from the encounters. Jane said she sometimes communicated the infections to Combs and took antibiotics for the UTIs. At times, she didn’t fully recover from infections before Diddy hosted another hotel night.
Around 2022 and 2023, Combs’ chief of staff, KK, arranged an appointment for Jane to get her nipples pierced. After about a year, she removed them due to infections from snagging on clothing. She said Combs became impatient with her, telling her, “Where are my piercings? This is the last time I see you when you don’t have any piercings on.”

Jane Testifies About Diddy's Public Affection For Another Woman & His Reaction To Her Call-Outs
Jane later testified that Combs got defensive and dismissive while also belittling her when she brought up ending the hotel nights. She said by August 2024, Diddy had claimed he didn’t know she didn’t want to participate in hotel nights. However, after reviewing their texts, she realized she’d been repeating her refusals since 2021.
In November of that same year, Jane texted Combs about a “homegirl” he was seeing. She said she noticed on social media that he’d been spending quality time with the woman. She observed his public activities after a hotel night, and felt “mistreated,” so she reached out to Combs about the quality time she was “begging” for.
In other messages, she talked about needing a “breather and a break” from him and called out his “true intentions” with her. More text messages were read to the jury in which Jane went off on Combs for saying he missed her. She replied, “…don’t say sh*t to me at all you don’t deserve me.” And his response warned her about cussing at him, and encouraged her to be “sad” while calling her crazy. He also affirmed to Jane that he was free to sleep with anyone of his choice.
“It was what they were doing that made me jealous. I wanted that time with him, that’s what I wanted from him,” Jane said.
Jane added that she felt the other women didn’t have to take on all she did, but got better treatment. In another text, she texted Combs, implying that he didn’t miss her, just the hotel nights. After fights, Combs consoled her by downplaying her grievances, slipping in talks of loving and missing her.

She claimed to be “heartbroken” after learning about Diddy’s new relationship on social media. He allegedly hosted a big, grandiose party for the woman, while they only had a hotel night for her recent birthday.
“I don’t ever want to do another hotel night,” she later texted him. Adding, “I feel so cheap once again.”
The jury heard excerpts of notes Jane wrote to herself in late 2022 in her Notes app. She had drafted the messages and thoughts to Diddy regarding the hotel nights. In them, she described not wanting to be used for his “freaky wild desires in hotel rooms.” In one Notes message, she wrote, “I’m done being used by you. I don’t feel good around you.”
She said it felt hurtful to see Sean Combs execute romantic and loving gestures for other women when all she got were “excuses.”

Jane Admits To Confronting Diddy About Gestures For Another Woman
Prosecution presented texts between Jane and Diddy in February 2023, in which she confronted him for lying to her. They had just wrapped a hotel night encounter on her birthday (as described above), and afterward, he took off on a vacation with another woman. She said seeing that “broke” her heart, especially after Combs denied that he was arranging something for another woman.
“It really feels like you use me to get off and then go away for a week,” Jane had texted him. In another text, she wanted to “get off the hamster wheel” and “do something different” with him. “I deserve it too,” she wrote. She also called him out for promising vacations but only delivering “hotel nights” for years.
Combs eventually responded, “Let’s be friend because I can’t take this part for real. I’m done with you comparing yourself to someone else. I treat you good and if you don’t feel so let’s just be friends.” He added, “I’m tired of these long texts telling me what I’m doing wrong.”
Phone records show that Jane stopped speaking to Combs for 13 days despite his texts attempting to smooth things over. Additionally, he had his staff, from the butler to his assistant, try to reach out. She swerved their attempts as well.
After a short courtroom break, the jury also saw about 15 sexually explicit photos of Jane during hotel nights — Combs was present for all the images. The public was not allowed to see the pictures.

Diddy Promised A Birthday Make-Up Trip, But Didn't Deliver
During their short break in 2023, after the birthday mishap, Jane said she took a trip to Paris for five days. Diddy allegedly called her about 30 times mid-flight, but she claims she didn’t resume communication until after she returned. By mid-March, he convinced her to travel to Miami to plan a make-up trip to Turks & Caicos. When he proposed a hotel night, Jane said she asked for solo time to “reconnect.” He agreed, but they bickered in Miami over her time in Paris.
After landing in Turks & Caicos, Jane said he appeared bored, and after the first day alone, one of their previous male entertainers, Paul, traveled to meet them. Once back at their villa, Jane says they were cuddling when Combs invited Paul over, asking if she had “more in [her]” to participate. She said she didn’t really hesitate and that Diddy gifted her a bracelet, which she later threw against a wall when the sexual encounter became painful due to soreness. She allegedly left the room in tears, and Combs followed her. After sleeping in separate rooms, Diddy allegedly instructed her to apologize to Paul, which she did via text. After about three more days on the island, they flew back to Miami, where she arranged another encounter with a man to make up for the ruined trip.

Jane Discusses Love Contract & Proving To Diddy When She Was Too Sick Or On Her Period
In 2023, she and Diddy entered a two-year “love contract” with a $10,000 monthly allowance. In April 2023, she moved into a spot where Diddy was paying the rent, and continues to do so. Around the time of the move in 2023, Jane said Diddy also paid for her to get veneers.
In an August 2023 text message, he responded to her request to see him by saying, “Look at the roof over your head and that pretty smile,” referencing the rent arrangement and some dental work he paid for.
That same month, Combs accused her of “playing him” after she had proposed an “all-star party” with 3-4 male sex workers at her home. She said when she made the suggestion, she was high on drugs and wanted to make Combs feel “excited.” He had provided $15,000 in credit for her to furnish her home ahead of the sexual encounter, but when he brought it up, she proposed rescheduling due to her period. Despite sending him a photo as proof, Diddy allegedly became angry and didn’t respond to her texts until three days later.
Around this time, Jane said he threatened to stop paying her rent in a voice memo on August 22, 2023, saying she had a “rude awakening” coming if she didn’t stop fussing at him. He advised her in the voice memo to “get on [her] job,” meaning making him happy and added “I can’t do this sh*t with you every time you get upset.”
She accused him of making their relationship transactional, and again, he allegedly referenced the home he paid for. After she sent photos of flowers and a card, he sent another woman, he reportedly switched up, expressing his love and desire to FaceTime her.
The judge dismissed the jury shortly after. Jane will resume the stand next week.

Jane's Testimony Closely Mirrors Cassie's About "Freak Offs"
Jane’s account in the trial’s fourth week has closely paralleled earlier testimony by another Combs ex-girlfriend. Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. Cassie said Combs assaulted her repeatedly. She also recalled Diddy forcing her into “hundreds” of encounters with male sex workers called ” freak-offs as he watched, directed, and sometimes filmed. Throughout her testimony, Jane has called the encounters “hotel nights” and the men “entertainers.” Both Jane and Cassie described trying to rush through the encounters just to get them over with.
