Two of hip hops chart-toppers are reminding fans theyre still holding it down behind bars! New photos of Fetty Wap and Pooh Shiesty have surfaced on their social media accounts. The posts give the world a
|rare glimpse at how Fetty and Shiesty have been doing while serving their unrelated sentences. While both rappers continue serving their time in federal prison, the internet wasted no time weighing in!
Over on Fetty Waps side, a new photo posted to his account is giving fans a peek at how the ‘Trap Queen’ rapper is holding up. Dressed in a simple white tee and grey sweat shorts, Fettys tats are fully on display, and his signature dreads are tied up as he looks straight into the camera. Hes expected to be released in March 2027, after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute at least 500 grams of cocaine in 2023. Despite the circumstances, the photo sparked an outpouring of support from fans who say theyre ready for his comeback when the time comes. And, Fetty captioned his photo with a simple flex, writing: “Mr. 1738.“
Meanwhile, Pooh Shiestys official page dropped a new photo showing the Memphis rapper behind bars, and hes looking solid. The caption gave thanks to everyone supporting him through his time away, keeping his name alive and spirits high. If youve been keeping count, Pooh is currently serving a 63-month sentence for federal firearms conspiracy. Additionally, reports say he is set to be released on April 11, 2026. From the looks of the post, hes standing firm and staying connected to the fans who continue to ride for him. And, he seemingly captioned the photo with sentimental and revealing words:
“Aye mane say mane thats how you walk that lil t down. S/O to all the ones who counted me down and not out, the support and love i received on this roller-coaster is unmatched. S/O to all the good men i stomped the yard with like chris brown. S/O to the other selected few rappers who name hold weight in these fed walls. Dear streets , use me as a example of what ‘keeping it solid and standing on wax’ look like. now nobody can fool you or tell you different, Ain never going , Ain never went! i stamp it! im rich as i ever been lit as I ever been! IF YOUN FEEL ME k1ll ME!”
Fans wasted no time running to The Shade Rooms Instagram comment sections after both pics of Pooh Shiesty and Fetty Wap dropped. Some had jokes for Pooh, saying he needs to hit the prison gym, while others couldnt hold back thirsting over Fettytalkin about booking jail visits like its a girls trip. Meanwhile, plenty of folks kept it real, saying both rappers need to be free and back in the studio ASAP.
